The materials used are polyurethanes with very high functional characteristic.
Sometimes milling or hard prototype injection molding tool is the only way to produce a prototype with material identical to the production one.
Wesupplies single parts or in small series, milled in the final material.
We can provide prototypes fromwood and derivatives, thermoplastics, polyurethanes of various densities, light alloys.
The working volume is 1000x700x290 mm.
We can use 3D CAD model, in the form of a triangularizedmesh (STL, DXF) or a set of parametric mathematical surfaces (IGS, STEP).
With powerful and versatile modeling software (SolidWorks, CATIA) we translate innovative designs into physical prototype. We quickly provide three-dimensional models of single components and complex assemblies.
The prototype can be obtained directly from the 3D models, or they can be used to make simulations, renderings, executive technical drawings for mass production or technical manuals.
